You need to trap a Horned Owl in the Owl Trap using 1 Tamin' Treat, and tame it using 10 Tramin' Treats.

Tamin' Treats are crafted using 2 Rabbit Jerky (requested) and 3 Flower Nectar (drops while harvesting Passion Flower crops, available in the market for coins.)
